Meeting with the principal to discuss the observation of my lesson aimed at enhancing curricula and instruction aligns with ELCC Standard Element 1.3. This activity underscores my commitment to promoting continual and sustainable school improvement by actively engaging in reflective practices and collaborative efforts to enhance the teaching and learning environment.

After the lesson observation, I took the initiative to conduct written reflections. These reflections allowed me to delve deeper into the strengths and areas for improvement in the lesson. By engaging in this reflective practice, I aimed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of how my teaching strategies align with the school's overall goals for curricula and instruction. This additional step in the process contributes to my commitment to ongoing improvement and aligns seamlessly with the principles of ELCC Standard Element 1.3.
