ELCC 3.4: Candidates understand and can develop school capacity for distributed leadership.

I met with my supervisor to discuss the implementation of Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI). We collaboratively reviewed and evaluated LLI curriculum materials with the aim of selecting the most appropriate ones for our school. This aligns with ELCC 3.4, showcasing my commitment to distributed leadership by involving key stakeholders in the decision-making process for curriculum selection.
