Activity 1: Helped organize community engagement events to promote an understanding, appreciation, and utilization of diverse cultural, social, and intellectual resources within the school community.

• Alignment with Standard: This activity aligns with ELCC Standard 4.2 by actively engaging the school community in events that highlight and celebrate its diverse cultural, social, and intellectual resources. Organizing and facilitating these community engagement events provides an opportunity for students, parents, and community members to share their cultural heritage, experiences, and knowledge, fostering a sense of unity and mutual respect. These events help build strong connections between the school and its community, encouraging the appreciation and utilization of diverse resources to enrich the educational environment and support student learning.
